Giveaway Terms and Conditions

Win One of These – IT Equipment Giveaway

These terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to the promotional giveaway hosted by Qual Limited (“we”, “us” or “our”), trading as an independent IT VAR and solutions provider. By participating, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

• This giveaway is open internationally to individuals aged 18 years or over.
• Employees of Qual Limited, their immediate families, and any associated agencies or partners are not eligible to enter.

2. How to Enter

• To enter, participants must spend a minimum of £100 in a single transaction at https://online.qual.co.uk during the giveaway period.
• Entry is automatic – no additional action is required beyond making the qualifying purchase.
• No entries will be accepted via post, email or other methods.
• Only one entry per customer is permitted, regardless of multiple qualifying purchases.

3. Giveaway Period

• The entry period for this giveaway opens at the time of announcement and closes at midnight (UK time) on Friday, 4th July 2025.
• Entries received after this deadline will not be eligible.

4. Prizes

This week’s prizes are:

• 3x Lenovo ThinkCentre Tiny-in-One 22 (previously £580 each – now FREE)
• 2x Lenovo ThinkVision M14t

• Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• No warranty or returns will be offered on giveaway prizes.
• Prizes may be new or refurbished and are provided “as-is”.

5. Shipping and Delivery

• UK winners will receive their prize with free shipping, arranged by Qual Limited.
• International winners are responsible for paying the full international shipping cost, as quoted at the time of dispatch. This will be communicated privately before shipping.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

• Winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries after the giveaway period ends.
• Winners will be notified privately via the contact details provided at checkout within 7 days of the closing date.
• If a winner does not respond within 5 working days, a new winner may be selected.

7. Bonus Offer – Free Gift

• Any customer who purchases a laptop during this giveaway period will automatically receive a FREE Ethernet to USB-C adaptor.
• This free gift will be shipped separately from any prize giveaway items.
• Offer valid only during the current giveaway period and while stocks last.

8. Use of Personal Information

• By entering the giveaway, you agree that Qual Limited may use your contact details for marketing and promotional purposes, including newsletters and special offers.
• Your information will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. General

• We reserve the right to modify, suspend or cancel the giveaway at any time without notice in the event of unforeseen circumstances or technical issues.
• Any misuse or abuse of the giveaway (e.g. fraudulent purchases) may result in disqualification.
• These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
