FUTURE PROOFING

Qual will use the vast experience and technical expertise to work with the customer to make sure they are using the latest technology to work efficiently plus have the latest security services in place to protect them from any new threats. Unlimited telephone & remote and where required onsite assistance (This might be chargeable depending on the support contract). Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly or even 6 month onsite visits**

OUT OF HOURS SUPPORT

Outside 9-5.30 Mon-Fri - This will be chargeable.

TRAFFIC LIGHT DEVICE REPORTING

This report will be used for the business to plan when machines will be going out of warranty and need replacing.

RED = Out of warranty.
ORANGE = Going out of warranty in the next 12 months (we can adjust this depending on the customer's requirements).
GREEN = In warranty and not due to expire in the next 12 months.
